Bright red color with purple edging.
On the nose the smells of forest fruits such as cherry, blackberries and currant appear first, followed by hints of licorice. When oxygenating the wine, roasted and toffee smells appear from its time in barrel.

Emina Passion (Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero) is a oak who raises passions wherever he goes. This wine has been pampered since its origin, in the vineyard, where, thanks to microbiology, the use of chemical products is avoided when fighting pests and other diseases. Once in the cellar, it rests in new American oak barrels and is bottled in lightened bottles, which reduce the carbon footprint and environmental impact.
PAIRING: Dare with risky pairings, try Emina Passion with a duck foie gras and raspberry jam. If you are more traditional, try it with grilled meats, oily fish dishes such as salmon and, of course, with cheese.
