Harvest: 2015.
Varieties: 100% Grenache.

Elaboration: fermentation temperature of 15º C, fermentation time 14-21 days. Traditional bleeding method.

Tasting notes: attractive strawberry pink color, with amorphous sparkles on the edge. Clean and bright in its visual presentation. On the nose it displays aromas of medium intensity, with memories of red forest fruit, currant. In the mouth it is powerful, developing a balanced step with a good acidity., which evolves towards a pleasant clean and elegant finish.

Consumption and pairing: it is advisable to taste it between 9-12º C. It enhances dishes such as rice, grilled, foie, creams, pasta, light meats, cheeses, oily fish, vegetables and horsd'oeuvres.
