Piteus Vermouth is a tribute to the traditional vermouth that was consumed after going to Mass on Sundays, in a familiar way or with friends.
It is made with white grapes of the xarel·lo and macabeu variety from our own vineyards. Once we have the wine made, we let it winter and the sugar and a mixture of herbs are incorporated, finally it will rest in barrels.
Aromas of cloves and sweet spices such as cinnamon.
Sweet fruit background.
Creamy and fresh mouthfeel with a final mouthfeel reminiscent of bitter herbs.
