This wine is made with grapes from a very old vineyard with a production of 1.2 kg per vine, manual collection once in the winery is made manual selection cluster by cluster. It is a blend of Syrah grape, Cabernet sauvignon Garnacha and Merlot. It stays in French oak barrels for 13 months.
The aromas of ripe red fruit or spices such as black pepper stand out, with notes of toasted notes typical of its passage through the barrel. In the mouth it is a wine with volume, round, with soft tannins typical of a correct maturation. Highlights its balance of alcohol acidity, which makes it a wine of great density very easy to drink. Its long and persistent finish is due to the intensity with which the aromas of fruit and toast reappear when passing through the mouth.
