Mencia de la Ribeira Sacra
The Novilunio Tinto from Ribeira Sacra is made with 100% Mencia grapes. Planted in granite and slate soils, with different amounts of silts, sands and clays, this wine is produced from a very low yield and traditional integrated viticulture, heroic in terraces.
It stands out for its cherry red color, with purplish edging and medium-high layer. Its aroma is intense and clean, reminiscent of currants, forest fruits, ripe fruit and a floral background of violets, with a marked personality. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and without edges, with a long and complex step. It is distinguished by its elegance and complexity.
