The rosé Grenache 100%. It is elaborated through the bleeding method (the must is obtained by natural pressure of the weight of the grapes in the tank), obtaining a pink liquid (the more hours in contact with the grape skins, the more macerated and more intense color). This must is then worked and fermented as if it were a white wine.

3F means fruits, flowers and freshness. With this suggestive name, Bodegas Beramendi, a small winery in the Low Mountain area, produces two wines, a white and a rosé of the year.
Hence, the rosés of our area, have an aromatic profile of ripe red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, mmm) and vary between light pink and deep red. Beramendi, always knows how to make interesting rosés, its fresh fruit and its freshness always makes us fall in love and we resist saying that it is a typical Navarre rosé wine, because it is something more than that.
