Development:

Harvested by hand in small boxes of 20 kg and made with minimal intervention with a gentle and short aging on its lees in small stainless steel tanks

Tasting notes:

Pale yellow color, clean and bright. Intense aromas typical of the variety, with citrus, peach, apple and stone fruit notes. Friendly and pleasant entrance in the mouth with a very correct acidity. The fruity notes persist and give us a long and fruity finish.
