Cherry red, bright, with a medium layer and light pinkish edging on the edge of the glass. High aromatic intensity, very fresh, notes of wild strawberries and sweet raspberries, perfectly assembled with balsamic aromas of cinnamon, roasted, coconut and vanilla. In the mouth it is round, with a good structure, with a slight acidity that gives it a cheerful and lively palate.
Variety: 100% Tempranillo from the towns of Briones, Rodezno and Labastida.

In the mouth it is round, with a good structure, with a slight acidity that gives it a cheerful and lively palate. Soft and silky tannins, thanks to a perfect ripening of the grape and its aging in barrel. It has a good aftertaste, with a slight acidity that leaves a fresh and friendly finish. It was aged in American oak barrels for 2 years: the first in new oak and the second in oak of an average age of 3 years.
Pairing: Appetizers, rice dishes, marmitakos, small game meats and not very cured cheeses.
Service temperature: Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
