Young rosé, made by the traditional method of bleeding (Fermenting the must obtained by gravity). It is a raspberry pink wine with a violet rim; expressive, with pleasant aromas of red fruit, floral notes (rose petals) and baubles. In the mouth balanced, tasty, fruity (sour strawberry) and very fresh. Ideal to enjoy on any occasion.

GRAPES: garnacha, tempranillo.
OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE: 8º-10º
ELABORATION: the must remains in contact with the skins for 10 hours, then it is extracted by gravity and fermented at a maximum temperature of 16º. It is clarified and about 15 days later it is available for packaging.
PAIRING: vegetables, pasta, rice dishes, white meat and grilled fish
