Povarelo Premium Vermouth Red, made with Albariño aged on its own lees for 30 days. 14 botanicals from our land are added to it, staking cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and wormwood (Artemisia absinthium).
The botanicals are macerated, and they are left to rest for a minimum of 4 months in vats, then another 30 to 60 days, for final refining in the bottle.
